Unexpected products and categories in BUI Browse filter

How can we configure the products and categories that show up in the filters for Browse in Agent Browser UI?

Environment:
  • Sites with Knowledge Advanced only, all versions
  • Agent Browser UI "Browse the Knowledge Base" button
Issue:
 
When we open the Browse tool in Agent Browser UI and then select Filters, the filters for products and categories do not match what we have configured within Authoring.
 
Resolution:
 
You can hide a certain product from the filter by disabling its administrative visibility in Oracle B2C Service.
 
These filters are controlled by the Oracle B2C Service application and respect the visibility for the product or category as defined in Configuration > Service > Products/Categories/Dispositions. If a product or category has administrative visibility on the current interface, it will be listed here. The list is the same as in analytics report filters and workspaces.
