Why is "Oracle Service Cloud Support" displayed for customer-branded Customer Portal pages in Google search results?

Resolution:
Google has changed the way that they display search results:
Their algorithm is now looking at the domain and not the sub-domain. There are several ways you can address this. You can change the vhost on our site to something like XYZ.customercare.com. That way Google is picking up the primary domain of XYZ and not Oracle's custhelp domain.
Google also has several ways that you can suggest to them what the site name should be presented here:
