Disable Chat Link, Chat launch, Chat landing

How can I disable Chat Link to launch chats? 

Environment:
 
Chat, End user pages 
Oracle B2C Service
 
Issue:
 
Chat no longer needed by the company. 
 
Resolution:
 
There are two options available to address this topic:
1.  Raise an SR to continue with the process of disabling chat. Please note that, once this is done, you will not have chat reports available for reference or historic purposes.
2.  Consider modifying the customer portal code to make sure the chat_landing page cannot be accessed anymore. Any widgets placed on the customer portal or external pages should also be removed.
