When a staff account uses Login Help to reset their password, how long can they use the link that is emailed to them?

Environment:

Staff Accounts, Administration Login
Oracle B2C Service, all versions

Resolution:

By default Oracle B2C Service provides a Login Help link to Agents on the login page.  Clicking the link provides options to obtain your username or change your password via email.

When an agent indicates they forgot their password, the email's password reset link can be used for 30 minutes after the email is sent.  After that time, the link will be expired, and the agent will need to request a new email be sent.
