SmartCollaboration is showing disconnected despite having internet connectivity

Environment:

Oracle Field Service (OFS)

OFS Native App for iOS and Android

Issue:

I have internet connectivity, but my SmartCollaboration functionality is not working properly and I see a "Disconnected" message in the chat window.

Resolution:

Our SmartCollaboration functionality is making use of something called Websocket protocol to ensure that messages are sent in real-time and also enable the capability of push notifications for the Native App on either iOS or Android. The Websocket protocol is described by standard RFC6455.

Please make sure that your network provider is not restricting internet communication through this protocol, as SmartCollaboration can not establish connectivity with OFS servers otherwise.
