Why does an agent receive an Access Denied message when they attempt to login to the .NET console?

Environment:

  .NET console 

  Login

Issue:

Access Denied message during login

Resolution:

At times agent may report that they get an Access Denied message when they attempt to login to .NET.  The error they are presented will look like this:
 
To start, open the agent's staff account and ensure that the Disabled field isn't set to "Permanently Disabled".  Also ensure the Account Locked checkbox is unchecked.
Next, review the agent's profile and ensure in the Interfaces area that the Access checkbox is selected for the interface the agent is logging into.
