Oracle Analytics embedded reports not visible within OFS

Environment:

Oracle Field Service (OFS)

Oracle Analytics (OAC)

 

Resolution:

Oracle Analytics instance must be logged in with an active login while accessing the embedded reports in Oracle Field Service. If not, a blank page will be displayed with error details.

User have two options for logging into Oracle Analytics instance:

1. Direct access on OAC.

2. Use Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) for SSO and 2-Step Verification Management.
