Oracle Field Service (OFS)
We have records (request/response) of activity being created in Oracle Field Service. Nothing is returned when we search by 'Work Order' number using the OFS interface. We are sure that this activity was not deleted.
You can verify the details of this activity using the Rest API command Get an activity. Use the aid provided in the response when the activity was created. With the results, you can identify if the value of Work Order property was changed and this is the reason why you are not able to search for the activity in the OFS interface. If the activity is not found when searching the APIs by aid, the activity was deleted from the system.
