When an activity is updated, can a Field Resource receive a notification through the Notifications Panel in Collaboration?
The Notifications Panel is designed to notify the Field Resource about changes in their routes. The notification is triggered when:
- There is a change in the activity address (changes in fields: Address, City, State and/or ZIP/Postal Code)
- An activity is removed from the route
- An activity is added to the route
All the changes above impact the route itself. The notification is not triggered for changes in other properties/fields.
