On-call shift not displayed on Dispatch Console or Manage screen

Why is the on-call shift indicator not being displayed on the Dispatch Console or Manage screen?

  
Environment:
Oracle Field Service (OFS) 22C
 
 
Issue:
When regular shift and on-call are set for the same period, only the regular shift is displayed in the Dispatch Console and Manage screen. I can still see in the Calendar screen that the resource is on-call but the on-call icon indicator is not displayed on the Dispatch Console or Manage screen.
 
 
Resolution:
This is expected behavior. When the resource has regular and on-call tasks on the same time, the regular calendar is prioritized and you will not see the indication of the on-call time on Dispatch Console or Manage screen. 
 
 
Example 1:
Regular shift : 8:00 - 17:00
On-call: 12:00 - 17:00
Results: Only regular shift will be displayed on Dispatch Console and Manage screen.
 
 
Example 2:
Regular shift : 8:00 - 17:00
On-call: 12:00 - 18:00
Results: Regular shift will be displayed from 8:00 - 17:00 and on-call indicator will be displayed from 17:00 - 18:00 on Dispatch Console and Manage screen.
