Can we configure IMAP with Oracle B2C Service mailboxes?

Environment:

Mailboxes

Oracle B2C Service, All Releases

Resolution:

The Oracle B2C Service mailbox must be POP3 compliant (not IMAP).

The mailbox can also be OAuth compliant, instead of IMAP. You can configure your Service Console to display an Agent Browser UI mailbox editor, allowing you to use OAuth authentication.
