Why can't I right-click to correct individual words in a rich text field?
Environment:
- Oracle B2C Service version 21C and later
- Site with optional Knowledge Advanced component
- Authoring console
Issue:
Right-clicking on a word doesn't let me use the browser's spell check.
Resolution:
Control-right click a word to bring up the default browser context menu. Then the browser will have its native options for spellcheck, if the browser supports it.
Cause:
Without using the Control key, the editor displays its custom context menu instead of the one from the browser.
