Is the Rule Runtime Log enabled on my test site? 

Environment:

Oracle B2C Service, Browser UI Enhanced Business Rules

Resolution:

The Enhanced Business Rules Runtime Logs and Audit Logs are not enabled on test or upgrade sites by default. To enable logs please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into Configuration Assistant.
  2. Click on the test site name in the site list. This should open the “Instance Overview” tab for the site. 
  3. The current Enhanced Business Rule log enablement status should be visible under the “Site Features” section. If the log is disabled click on the “Enable” button to enable it. This may take a few minutes.
  4. Once Enhanced Business Rule log is enabled the feature status and the button label change to “Enabled” under the “Site Features” section and the button becomes greyed out. 
     

If there is any problem please create a Service Request and do the following to ensure your request is sent to the appropriate team: Select Oracle B2C Service > None of the above options look relevant, I have a different question > Product Area - "Enhanced Business Rules (BUI)".
