How can I log in to BUI when SSO is enabled?

Resolution:
Use https://<sitename>.custhelp.com/AgentWeb/login?ll=1 on an SSO enabled site when access is required by a non SSO account. This url parameter allows for an agent or administrator to log in to BUI without SSO, such as for testing or when the SSO provider is down.
