Chat canceled due to unsupported browser

Where is the messaging "You have been disconnected because you are using an unsupported browser. Please update your browser and try again" coming from and how can I edit it?

Environment:

Oracle B2C Chat

Resolution:

This messaging is sent via the ChatEngagementStatus widget. If the end user is not using a supported browser as specified in Answer ID 6532:Oracle B2C Service Supported Customer Platforms Guides, the end user will be presented with the message:

You have been disconnected because you are using an unsupported browser. Please update your browser and try again.

This message is controlled by the message base CHAT_CANCELED_DUE_UNSUP_BROWSER_LBL.
