Unable to select the box next to the user in Resources screen

Why can't I select the box next to the user/resource in Resources screen?

Environment:

Oracle Field Service (OFS)

Issue:

When I go to Resources screen, I see the list of all resources/users I'm allowed visibility. My User Type can manage all those users (I can confirm that their User Types are listed under "Can create user of the following type" when I select my own User Type). When I click the box next to either active or inactive users, nothing happens and the box looks grayed out. I can click the box "All" on the top but I don't understand what can be done in this screen.

Resolution:

This behavior is due to the actions configured in Configuration > User Types > Screen Configuration > Application screens > Resources context of the User Type experiencing the issue.

The actions available to add to the context are: Unlock, Activate, Deactivate, Delete and Set Collaboration Group.

If no action is added to the context, the user will not see the box next to the resource/user.

If only Unlock action is added to the context, user will experience the behavior described above and only will be able to click the box for users that are currently locked.

If only Set Collaboration Group is added to the context, user is able to click the box for the Field Resources and Manager/Dispatchers/Admin that the user is allowed to manage. This option is not available for Buckets or Organization Units.

If only Activate action is added to the context, user is able to click the box next to the users currently set to Inactive. The option Activate will display on the top of the list.

If only Deactivate action is added to the context, user is able to click the box next to the users currently set to Active. The option Deactivate will display on the top of the list.
