Why isn't 'Activity List' the landing page for all the Resources when this option is selected in Display screen?

Environment:

Oracle Field Service (OFS)

Issue:

We have parameter 'Field Resource Landing Page' in Configuration > Display set to 'Activity List'. Some users report they don't have Activity List as landing page. Why is that?

Resolution:

The behavior is expected for Field Supervisors (Resources that have visibility over other Resource's routes). Those Resources will see 'Manage' and 'My Route' screen per default. For Field Resources (Resources that have visibility over their own route only), landing page will be 'Activity List', as configured in Display screen.
