What is the explanation behind the codes in 'first_manual_operation' field?

Environment:

Oracle Field Service (OFS)

Issue:

I don't know what the 'first_manual_operation' codes captured in Daily Extract mean.

Resolution:

first_manual_operation - The code of first manual reschedule/move/reorder operation performed after an automatic one.

first_manual_operation_interface - The code of the interface the first manual reschedule/move/reorder operation was performed from after an automatic one.

first_manual_operation_user_name - Name of the user who performed the first manual reschedule/move/reorder operation after an automatic one. 

first_manual_operation codes:

1 - Assigned

2 - Bucket changed

3 - Reordered

4 - Unscheduled

5 - Unassigned

6 - Rescheduled

7 - Reassigned

8 - Assigned by technician

9 - Bucket changed by technician

10 - Unscheduled by technician

11 - Unassigned by technician

12 - Rescheduled by technician

13 - Reassigned by technician


first_manual_operation_interface codes:

1 - Manage (first manual operation after an automatic one was performed in Manage interface)

2 - API (first manual operation after an automatic one was performed in REST or SOAP interface)

3 - Mobility (first manual operation after an automatic one was performed in Mobility interface)

5 - Inbound (first manual operation after an automatic one was performed in Inbound API Interface)

7 - Configuration Interface (first manual operation after an automatic one was performed on Oracle side)
