What can I do if the Engagement Engine Rules Editor is not loading in the Oracle Service Cloud Agent Console?

Resolution:

Clearing the browser history in Internet Explorer 11 and reopening the Engagement Engine Editor should resolve this issue for you.

The Engagement Engine Rules Editor uses a browser control within the Oracle Service Cloud console to login. This browser control is using Internet Explorer to load the page. When the Engagement Engine Rules Editor loads with a blank page, this may be due to corrupt browser history.
