Does OFS Mobile Application for Android and OFS Mobile Application for iOS support Message Notification?
Environment:
Oracle Field Service (OFS) Mobile Application for Android
Oracle Field Service (OFS) Mobile Application for iOS
Issue:
Field Resources that use OFS Mobile Application for Android do not get Messages Notifications displayed on the device as a banner.
Resolution:
Currently, the functionality is not available for Oracle Field Service Mobile Application for Android and Oracle Field Service Mobile Application for iOS. Users will see the notifications in the notification area within the OFS App.
