Why am I seeing an OPA-RN-4 error in the Message Logs on my Intelligent Advisor Hub?

Intelligent Advisor, Engagement Cloud Web Service Connection
Resolution:
An OPA-RN-4 is a Metadata download error and there are many reason you may get it but one thing to check is your Engagement Cloud Web Service Connection setup?
Metadata Version:
If you are using Oracle Engagement Cloud Release 13 update 19A or later you must use the version dropdown option: Types when setting up the connection.
Otherwise select the version dropdown option: see Types
URL Endpoint:
If you are using Oracle Engagement Cloud Release 13 update 19A or later:
https://<Engagement_Cloud_host_name>/soa-infra/services/default/SalesPolicyConnectorComposite/SalesPolicyConnectorService_12.2.8 where the Engagement_Cloud_host_name is this part of the Engagement Cloud application URL: https://your.server.name.oraclecloud.com/sales/faces/FuseOverview...
