What is the difference between My Account and My Services?

My Account is the portal to monitor the status of all your services for the entire account. This includes services across data centers and all identity domains. This is the initial portal you will use to activate your service.

My Services is the portal to manage your individual services once they are activated. You will login separately for each individual environment - production and test.
