How long is Visitor Browser History available?

Resolution:
Visitor Browser History (VBH) is an B2C Service Chat feature that requires the Engagement Engine tag. The Visitor Browser History provides the chat agent the last 15 webpages (URL's) of a visitor's browsing history. This data is cached for 30 minutes after which the cache is cleared and it is no longer available in the Visitor Browser History tab.
