How do I access Configuration Assistant?

Environment:

Oracle Cloud Console / Configuration Assistant

Resolution:

  1. Please navigate to cloud.oracle.com
If your site is hosted on the AG pod, please navigate to https://oc2.cloud.oracle.com
  2. Enter your Oracle Cloud Account (formerly identity domain name), click next and then enter your credentials. You can click on the 'Forgot Password' link if you require login assistance.
  3. Click the Sign In button.
  4. Under My Applications > Oracle B2C Service, you will see the Application URL (this is the Configuration Assistant URL).
Note: you may need to scroll down the page
  5. Please bookmark your Configuration Assistant URL.

You can also find your Configuration Assistant URL and Oracle Cloud Account (formerly identity domain name) anytime on the CX support site. Simply navigate to https://cx.rightnow.com/app/my_site_tools, login, and then click the Site Information panel located under Hosting Services.
