How do I change the contact display name to 'First Name.Last Name (surname)'?

Resolution:

This behavior is controlled by a hidden setting related to the language of the interface of a site. If enabled the Contact Name will display as 'Last Name (surname). First Name'.

If the desired Contact Name format is 'First Name Last Name(surname)' please submit a service request to have the value of the configuration setting changed according to your business needs and this shall be performed by the Technical Support Team.

As referenced in the Online Documentation there are some configuration settings which may be hidden depending on the site configuration.
