Why the error "This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package." is received when installing Outlook Integration?

Issue:
Error received when installing Outlook Integration:
"This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package."
Resolution:
Please use the following URL: Update to enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 as a default secure protocols in WinHTTP in Windows
You will want to scroll down to the "Easy Fix" section and click the download button and install the .msi. Once it is installed, restart your computer and then try to re-install the Outlook Integration via the B2C Service Console.
Cause:
You are seeing this error because the workstation is not properly setup as it is trying to use TLS 1.0 when installing the Outlook Integration. There was a hotfix that Microsoft released in order to fix this issue if you are using Microsoft Windows 7.
