How do I access the Oracle B2C Service customer forums?

Resolution:

Oracle Cloud Customer Connect is a community gathering place for members to interact and collaborate on common goals and objectives. It exemplifies our commitment to ensure a superior customer experience when interacting with Oracle B2C Service and provides an environment for our customers to interact with each other.  

This is where you will find the latest release information on Human Capital Management solutions, for example, or upcoming events related to Enterprise Resource Planning, answers to use-case questions specific to Supply Chain Management, or executive messaging on Customer Experience. In addition, you can contribute to product roadmap by sharing ideas via the Idea Lab. This is truly your one-stop-shop for information.

Access to Oracle Cloud Customer Connect:

The Service Discussion Forums on Oracle Cloud Customer Connect are available to an unlimited number of contacts within your organization. The community does require a login and authentication, though.  The following provides information to register if you have not yet already:

How to Access Cloud Customer Connect

Maximize your experience in Oracle Cloud Customer Connect:

Once you’re logged into Oracle Cloud Customer Connect, begin at the Getting Started page.  Here, you will find a Community Overview Video along with information to update your profile, review Community Guidelines, personalize your home page, build your network and so much more!

Accessing Oracle B2C Service Forums:

Once logged in, select Forums from the navigation bar, then Customer Experience and select a topic from the Oracle B2C Service (B2C Service) forum listing. The same listing is available at Overview of Discussion Forums.

For the Idea Lab, select Ideas from the navigation bar, then Customer Experience and B2C Service.
