Why am I getting an 401 Unauthorized error message and my Staging is just spinning?

You are probably using Chrome 64.0.x.x.x
There is a defect in Google Chrome 64.0.x.x.x
Google Chrome is fixing the defect in Chrome 66 that is targeted for April 2018 release.
Instead of Chrome, use IE11 to Stage your Customer Portal Files.
